At VenTech, your health and safety, as well as that of our team members, is always our priority. As an essential service, we remain open during regular business hours. Our team is servicing HVAC and refrigeration units for commercial and residential customers. New installations are limited to sites deemed essential.

If you require emergency service, call 289.566.8470. Emergency service is available 24/7.

To protect you and our team members, we are following all measures recommended by the Public Health Agency of Canada:

Appointments are set up via phone, email or social media.
Clients receive a call before arrival to coordinate procedures (Please be prepared to answer a few health and safety questions related to COVID–19.)
Trucks are stocked with disposable gloves, face masks and sanitation supplies.
Technicians will remain 6 feet away from others and will not engage in physical contact, including handshakes, taking payments and paperwork.
Technicians are washing or sanitizing their hands often.
